The beginnings of my design journey is dedicated to extensive study and brainstorming of the clientele. I begin with creating two distinct personas of possible users and their motivations.
Once these have been fleshed out I can then create a personal user map to see what scenarios my persona may come across and what design improvements I can make to better their user journey.
Google emphasizes an importance in accessibility in accordance with design. We want to ensure that no user feels as if they were forgotten in the design process.
